  • The specific map of your race event (or designed training scehdule)

  • Fuel available at aid stations in your specific race

  • Personal supply of fuel and hydration

  • Your specified pace (time and distance) - bike, run, etc

  • Environmental stress (climate/weather) for hydration and electrolytes

  • Training status and ability to absorb carbohydrates.


If that's not enough, we also supply a printable pace band with target times, splits and hydration/fuel schedule.
